As office manager I am responsible for all organisational and secretarial matters at our office.
Unburden is my motto! I manage to do that by taking the load of the advisors’ work for as much as possible. There are many ways to achieve that. By doing preliminary work for quotations and tendering processes. By functioning as back office in the execution of projects and acting as an intermediate between client and project manager. Clients know me and know that I am fully aware of what goes on. All these internal and external contacts render my job fascinating. I provide the finishing touch for quotations and final documents.
For 17 years I supported the advisors at Goudappel Coffeng and since March 2015 I am fully committed to MOVE Mobility.
