We are continuing our Latin American journey!
Carolina went back to Bogotá to follow up on the opportunities we discovered during the economic trade mission in which we participated in December 2018.
During this week MOVE Mobility and the Colombian company Bicycle Capital signed a Memorandum of Understanding which main purpose is to provide a framework of cooperation in which the companies will do their best to unite their knowledge around the development of projects that seek to achieve liveable and accessible cities.
During this week Carolina also had the opportunity to go to the Cable Car of Bogotá: Transmicable. It was inaugurated on December 2018, has 4 stations and will transport 3.600 passengers per hour per direction. More than 750 thousand citizens of Ciudad Bolívar (one of the most disadvantaged areas of the city) benefit from the implementation of Transmicable. The system connects with one of the main hubs of the BRT system of Bogotá, Transmilenio.
